A few things worth knowing before your order.
What do you make?+
Two things, made slowly: hand-woven planters in two sizes (Medium for table-tops, Large for floors) and gallery-wrapped canvases in one generous A1 size (594 × 841 mm).
How long does delivery take?+
Every order is dispatched within 5–7 working days — canvases are made to order, which is why dispatch sits in that window. From there, courier delivery is 2–4 working days to most South African addresses. Free nationwide shipping over R750.
Do plants come with the planters?+
No — the planters are sold as soft woven vessels only. Drop your existing nursery pot inside, or add a waterproof liner if you'd like to plant directly.
Which size planter should I choose?+
Medium (table-top) holds nursery pots up to ~Ø24cm — at home on a sideboard, dresser or floating shelf. Large (floor) fits pots up to ~Ø32cm — made for fiddle leafs, monsteras and other quiet statement plants.
Are the canvases framed?+
Gallery-wrapped on solid pine bars — the image continues around the edge. No frame needed, just hang. Printed on 380gsm cotton with archival inks for decades of colour-fast life.
What's your returns policy?+
Planters: easy 30-day returns on unused pieces in original condition — we arrange courier collection. Canvases are made to order, so we only exchange items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
How do I pay?+
For now, EFT bank transfer. Once you place an order we email banking details — use your order number as the reference. Card payments are arriving soon.
How do I care for a woven planter?+
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don't soak. Reshape gently and air dry away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer trade or wholesale?+
Yes — we work with interior designers, Airbnb hosts, hotels and small retailers. Visit the Trade page to enquire.
